You are on a very limited budget if you are including airfare in your total. I also dont know what you want to do as
in 1) party a lot 2) shopping 3) excursions, etc. I go to Hedonism in Negril Jamaica every year. The place is an absolute 24 hour a day party. Understand though that all of the daytime fun is on the nude side. The pool bar and disco are open until 4 am. If all 3 of you share a room you will save a little.
A lot of all inclusives are for couples. So for a single traveler like myself, I like more of a party atmosphere.
Another spot in Jamaica that is somewhat better for singles is Club Ambiance. It's a smaller, older property in Runaway Bay. Nothing fancy here but I had a really good time and only paid $80 a night.
Here are two websites to look into. Tripadvisor.com has candid reviews from actual travelers. Skyauction.com will let you bid on different packages.
